There is sound coming while changes pages

This kind of problem arises when you turn on talkback but failed to disable it properly. So now the talkback is also disabled how do we solve this problem. We got solution for this also.

Solution:

• Go to settings - > Application Manager - > All - > Google text to voice - Disable it.

 This was very simple you can use above procedure to sort out this problem.
