The iPhone home button has become Apple's most iconic design trademarks. And while some rumours say Apple is doing away with the home button ,some others say it’s getting redesigned.
Bloomberg Technology says the new iPhone would now use a pressure-sensitive kind of technology from Apple Macbook computers for the home button.
When is the iPhone 7 been released?
Taking Apple's release date pattern into consideration, it's likely we'll see the iPhone 7 officially revealed in September 2016.Both the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6 were revealed in September and Apple has no reason to change this pattern.
Notorious leaker Evan Blass claims to have pinned down the release date to Friday September 16 - although he has cited no source for the information.
Would it really be called iPhone 7?
So everybody expects Apple's next iPhone to be called the iPhone 7, right? Some leaks suggest that Apple may go with the name "iPhone 6SE" instead.The rumour comes from German tech news site Apfelpage, which spoke to Chinese supply chain sources who claim to have seen finished packaging and labels with the new name.
iPhone 6SE would make sense, given that most rumours point to the fact that Apple's next iPhone being upgarde rather than a total design change.

Dedicated Apple followers will be well aware of the rumours surrounding the upcoming device. It is rumored to have larger camera lens and a USB Type C connection at the bottom that will double up as the new headphones port.
The device obtained in the video appears to closely match these rumours. There's obviously no 3.5mm headphone port at the base of the IPhone 7.
But in terms of size and design, the alleged iPhone 7 looks very similar to the existing iPhone 6s .

Emerging on Chinese social media, it shows a device that's very similar to the current iPhone 6s , but with a couple of small changes.
No more Home button?
Pictures recently appeared to show a version of the iphone with a completely blank front panel. They seem to suggest that Apple will drop its famous home key in favour of an on-screen button.

This suggests that the body of the next iPhone may not be made from metal at all, but some other kind of material that allows radio waves to pass through it.
