Unable to view call logs

This problem is very common that you are not able to view call logs like if you dial a number or you receive a call but there is no call log in your phone or if its there but the latest call is displayed at the last of call logs.

Why this problem occurs? 

- > This problem occurs if you change date and time of mobile or you change it to get more lives in candy crush. 

Solution :

• Go to settings > Date and time > set automatic date and time and auto time zone.

 

• Clear data of contacts (Do not do for contact storage if you do it then you will loose all your contacts).

• Restart your phone. 

Your issue will be resolved after above steps. If still you face the same issue as I always say you can reset your phone anytime but we always try to do it without resetting phone.
